Dog Boarding

We have 8 kennels on our property across two buildings. Each kennel has a dog door out to its own private yard so dogs always have the ability to go in and out as they choose. Our buildings are temperature controlled.

FARM ANIMAL EXPERIENCE

This is a fun encounter for kids and the whole family! Come out and feed snacks to our horses, goats and bunnies. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Cost is $55 per family for 45 minutes. Email to schedule.

PONY/HORSE RIDES

Bring your kiddos out to enjoy a lead line pony riding experience around our property! Cost is $55 per family for 45 minutes. End the ride with a nice pony brushing session! Bigger kids can ride lead line on a full sized horse. Only one horse per family. Additional can be added. Email to schedule.

PROPERTY PHOTO SESSION RENTAL

Come out and use our property for your photo session! You or your photographer can email to schedule the session. $65 per hour. No animals included.

HORSE PHOTO SESSION RENTAL

Come rent one of our horses for your photo session! You or your photographer can email to schedule. $100 an hour per horse. Horse handler included.

GOAT MILKING EXPERIENCE

Come and learn how to milk a goat and bottle feed a baby! This is a fun experience for the whole family to enjoy! We use our goat milk to  make several products including lotions, soaps and body butters! $55 per family for 45 minutes. Email to schedule.

PHOTOGRAPHY LESSON

Jessi Phinney is an award winning professional photographer who has traveled the globe capturing weddings and beautiful images for clients for the last 12 years. Book a one hour lesson and learn anything from the basics of digital photography to off camera flash in a unique one hours lesson. $75 per hour per student. Email to schedule.

THE PHINNEY FAMILY

The Phinney family consists of Matt, Jessi, Colt and Ford. We got tired of the city life and decided to pack up and move our family out of Houston in search of a better and more wholesome environment in which to raise our children We reside on a small homestead in Alvin, TX where we work the land and raise animals. From our labors we have created a line of products and services that we share with people all across the nation!
